Tasks
- Automate DBA tasks with Bash scripts
- Benchmark database performance
- Configure vacuum analyze maintenance
- Coordinate upgrade activities with DevOps teams
- Develop upgrade plans and rollback procedures
- Document procedures and changes
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery
- Execute AWS RDS upgrades
- Lead PostgreSQL database version upgrades
- Maintain upgrade runbooks
- Manage database backup and recovery
- Manage version controlled scripts with GitHub
- Monitor and tune database performance
- Optimize queries and indexes
