Tasks
- Collaborate with systems hardware verification test cybersecurity devops quality and program management
- Establish and improve software engineering practices
- Lead mentor embedded software engineers
- Lead requirements traceability configuration management and peer reviews
- Manage staffing and resource allocation across programs
- Monitor execution against cost schedule staffing and technical commitments
- Oversee embedded software development integration and test
- Promote reusable software and automated testing
- Provide technical leadership for embedded architecture and design
- Resolve complex hardware software and system integration issues
- Support software estimates schedules and development planning
