Tasks
- Architect and build core services using Java and Spring Boot
- Build automation for engineering efficiency using scripting and tooling
- Coach and mentor engineers
- Communicate architecture plans to stakeholders
- Define modernization roadmaps for legacy systems
- Deliver services on GCP dataflow pub sub gcs composer airflow bigquery and gke
- Drive CI/CD and operational readiness
- Ensure data quality integrity lineage and security controls
- Ensure production monitoring alerting capacity planning reliability improvements and cost optimization
- Establish engineering standards for API design event driven integration and testing strategy
- Implement real time processing with Apache Flink and Apache Beam
- Lead code reviews pair debugging performance tuning and incident resolution
- Lead end to end design and delivery of cloud native data platforms
- Manage risks dependencies and delivery impediments
- Manage technical debt prioritization
- Own solution architecture for data pipelines and microservices
