Senior Execution Engineer – Material Flow & Robotics

Tasks
- Collaborate across teams from purchase order through execution and launch
- Conduct labor studies to quantify automation impact
- Create executable automation strategies with timing and cost plans
- Define unit counts routes and commodity flow requirements
- Develop and manage PMP plans PCP assignments JES TIS and ULOC DLOC and CMA documentation
- Develop and scale automation solutions with suppliers and plant partners
- Develop future state material flow strategies and automation roadmaps
- Drive continuous improvement with cross functional teams
- Ensure seamless system integration with internal stakeholders
- Identify automation opportunities to improve material flow and reduce waste
- Lead deployment of automation technologies across manufacturing operations
- Perform feasibility studies and cost benefit analyses for automation projects
- Resolve deployment challenges related to containerization logistics and coordination
- Support layout reviews and process optimization using simulation and modeling
