Tasks
- Conduct incident investigation and root cause analysis
- Configure backup policies for retention and security
- Coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and vendors
- Design implement and support server infrastructure
- Ensure SLA RTO RPO compliance
- Execute DR drills failover and failback
- Follow change management governance processes
- Lead incident response for production outages
- Maintain SOPs runbooks and DR documentation
- Maintain disaster recovery environments and recovery procedures
- Manage server infrastructure refresh upgrade migration
- Monitor backup operations and resolve failures
- Monitor production system availability and performance
- Perform after-hours and on-call support
- Perform restore testing for data integrity
- Support patching and releases
- Test update and document DR plans and runbooks
