Tasks
- Administer Exchange Online
- Administer Microsoft Teams
- Administer SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business
- Conduct security reviews and audits
- Configure SSO and enforce MFA
- Define and execute enterprise AI strategy
- Deploy and manage hybrid solutions
- Design deliver and scale AI powered solutions
- Drive POCs and pilots and scale solutions
- Drive strategic adoption of generative AI
- Enforce security controls and policies
- Ensure AI governance and data privacy compliance
- Establish AI best practices and reusable assets
- Govern Azure resources and ensure compliance
- Identify AI use cases and prioritize initiatives
- Implement Microsoft Copilot solutions
- Implement system hardening and patching
- Lead end to end delivery of cloud projects
- Lead team for enterprise AI solutions
- Manage AI experimentation and adoption with stakeholders
- Manage hybrid identity and directory services
- Manage on premises compute storage and backup
- Manage vendor SLA and KPI
- Monitor and maintain Azure services
- Oversee Windows and Linux server operations
- Oversee end to end lifecycle of AI solutions
- Provide level 2 and level 3 support
- Troubleshoot cloud issues
