Tasks
- Conduct customer technical reviews and assessments
- Develop proofs of concept
- Establish customer Kubernetes environment
- Lead technical presentations workshops and meetings
- Onboard and optimize customer workloads
- Prototype and initiate research and development
- Provide storage product and engineering feedback
- Recommend workload optimization solutions
- Represent company at conferences and industry events
- Serve as primary technical point of contact for customers
