- Coach mentor and grow fulfillment staff
- Develop and execute fulfillment strategy and plans
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans
- Lead continuous improvement using Boeing Production System and Lean methods
- Lead fulfillment operations across materials management transportation inventory replenishment
- Monitor and report fulfillment performance
- Oversee flight line and delivery center support teams
- Own KPIs for cost schedule quality productivity and rate readiness
- Partner with manufacturing quality engineering procurement and suppliers
- Perform root cause problem solving
- Plan resources balance workloads and manage staffing
- Resolve shortages and maintain inventory accuracy
