Fulfillment Operations Supervisor
Tasks
- Coordinate shipment planning and delivery commitments
- Coordinate transportation with carriers and 3PL providers
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure export compliance and ITAR controls
- Lead fulfillment operations
- Manage finished goods inventory accuracy
- Monitor and replenish fulfillment consumables
- Oversee domestic and international shipments
- Oversee packout and outbound logistics
- Resolve cross functional operational issues
- Supervise fulfillment associates and team leads
- Support hiring onboarding and workforce planning
- Track operational metrics and communicate risks
