Senior Functional Manager, Field Services Fulfillment (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Act as functional counterpart to IT for blueprint and requirements
- Champion AI adoption for decision support on frontline operations
- Define future state processes for dispatch integration and resource optimization
- Drive change leadership and user adoption of new ways of working
- Embed Lean principles and daily standard work
- Establish functional governance and escalation paths
- Lead process harmonization and operating model design
- Lead sunsetting of legacy processes and applications
- Own ISM deployment strategy for field services fulfillment
- Own functional digitization roadmap with Salesforce and ERP
- Own legacy application functional design and backlog execution until sunset
- Partner with IT on scalable governed digital solutions
