- Analyze model performance and quality trade offs
- Build automated evaluation pipelines to detect regressions
- Design and maintain evaluation and benchmarking frameworks
- Develop internal tooling for model analysis
- Diagnose training instabilities and loss anomalies
- Execute large scale reproducible experiments
- Implement and validate training optimization techniques
- Manage distributed training infrastructure and experiment tracking
- Own end to end model training pipeline
