Senior Manager -Patient Support Insights and Analytics
Tasks
- Create ad hoc analyses and projections
- Deliver performance management reporting
- Design develop and manage business process tools
- Identify workflow efficiencies
- Maintain compliance quality and privacy standards
- Manage IT projects with safety teams
- Manage program tracking metrics analysis and reporting
- Manage vendor and partner data and database management
- Monitor projects and ensure request execution
- Optimize visualize and automate program performance
- Partner with stakeholders on reporting requirements
- Prepare audit and inspection reports
- Serve as database superuser
