Tasks
- Administer NVIDIA DGX environment
- Administer SBGrid suite
- Build and manage HPC software toolbox
- Conduct vulnerability management
- Configure environment modules
- Coordinate DGX upgrades firmware and patching
- Coordinate SBGrid updates and licensing
- Coordinate remediation with teams
- Coordinate user training onboarding and offboarding
- Deliver HPC and DGX usage job and GPU efficiency reports
- Escalate technical issues
- Maintain user documentation and SOPs
- Manage DGX scheduler and GPU quotas
- Manage EasyBuild toolchain
- Manage compilers and MPI libraries
- Manage incident handling
- Manage storage hygiene
- Monitor DGX attached storage and data hygiene
- Operate scientific applications lifecycle
- Operate specialized on premise scientific platforms
- Perform system monitoring
- Provide user support
- Support application onboarding benchmarking and tuning
- Test functionality after upgrades and patches
