Senior Platform Engineer
Tasks
- Conduct performance tuning and query optimization
- Design backup and recovery and replication strategies
- Ensure database security and governance compliance
- Lead database architecture decisions
- Maintain database runbooks and operational documentation
- Monitor databases and resolve performance and stability issues
- Own end to end database administration
- Participate in incident management and on-call rotation
- Perform database configuration patching and upgrades
- Perform root cause analysis and drive remediation
