Senior Power BI Engineer
Tasks
- Automate scheduled dataset refreshes
- Build tabular models and multidimensional models
- Collaborate with data architecture and data warehouse teams
- Create technical documentation and user enablement
- Design and maintain scalable data processing workflows
- Design develop and test operational strategic and federally mandated reports
- Develop Power BI reports and dashboards with filters and drill down
- Develop and manage Analysis Services processes
- Establish and enforce data governance policies
- Implement role based access control and data encryption
- Integrate data from on-premises and cloud sources
- Optimize data architectures for performance and scalability
- Provide user support for Power BI and Analysis Services connectivity and access
- Troubleshoot data issues and improve data quality
- Write complex SQL queries for large datasets
