Senior Professional Services Engineer (AI / Chatbot)
Tasks
- Conduct business analysis for client requirements
- Configure AI driven applications
- Develop and optimize chatbot and knowledge assistant solutions
- Implement NLU for conversational interfaces
- Integrate ACD IVR ASR and CRM systems
- Lead AI bot design and development
- Maintain and optimize generative and legacy bot models
- Maintain documentation and processes post handover
- Manage change control and risk analysis
- Mentor and lead managed services teams
- Oversee end to end project rollouts
- Provide client consultations and technical expertise
