- Align scope budget and schedule with stakeholders
- Build and track budgets burn and margins
- Coach team members and support onboarding
- Collaborate with recruiting for hiring and candidate evaluation

- Forecast rater and annotator capacity

- Pilot and scale process automation and tooling
- Plan multi project portfolios end to end
