Tasks

• Analyze full cost stacks including contractor client and corporate overheads
• Apply AACE estimating class and maturity principles
• Blend bottom up and top down benchmarking approaches
• Develop interactive dashboards for portfolio programme and asset drill down
• Ensure transparent cost treatment of direct indirect overhead risk and estimating uncertainty
• Evolve cost benchmarking frameworks methodologies and data structures
• Perform element level parametric and allowance based benchmarking
• Prepare benchmarking outputs for regulatory submissions assurance reviews and investment cases
• Produce evidence based narratives explaining cost variances drivers and efficiency
• Support like for like cost benchmarking
