Tasks

• Analyze full cost stacks including contractor client and corporate overheads
• Apply AACE estimating class and maturity principles
• Blend bottom up and top down benchmarking approaches
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards
• Develop cost benchmarking framework methodologies and data structures
• Ensure transparent treatment of direct costs indirect costs overheads risk and estimating uncertainty
• Perform element level parametric and allowance based benchmarking
• Prepare benchmarking outputs for regulatory submissions assurance reviews and investment cases
• Provide evidence based narratives for cost variances and drivers
• Support like for like cost benchmarking
