Tasks

• Advise hiring managers with market intelligence and decision support
• Build and maintain research grade talent pipelines
• Collaborate with sourcing partners recruiting coordinators and peer advisors
• Lead complex offer negotiations including sign on and equity exceptions
• Own full cycle recruiting for applied scientist machine learning engineer and data scientist roles
• Partner with senior engineering and research leaders on hiring strategy and ideal candidate profiles
• Run recruiting strategy and pipeline health reviews
