Tasks
- Build test and backtest suites against historical incidents
- Carry on call rotation and respond to incidents
- Debug service code and ship fixes or pull requests
- Define agent evaluation correctness and safety
- Define agent tool interfaces for APIs and actions
- Design build and ship LLM based agents
- Implement safe wrappers around tools
- Investigate fix and document production incidents
- Maintain security and compliance with audit trails and least privilege
- Partner to identify repetitive well scoped agent candidates
- Perform root cause analysis for application failures
- Report agent impact on MTTD MTTR and MTTX
- Set guardrails for agent autonomous actions
- Tune prompts context and tool schemas
