Tasks
- Add observability traces logs metrics
- Build LLM control plane gateway
- Build templates CLIs sandboxes and documentation
- Build training and scoring pipelines for machine learning
- Create data ingestion pipelines
- Define SLOs and enable autoscaling and spend controls
- Design agent orchestration patterns and manage agent state
- Develop unified REST API and SDKs
- Enable multi model multi vendor LLM usage with canarying
- Enforce safety and privacy with content filtering and PII redaction
- Evolve domain graph and entity resolution
- Implement human in the loop review for safe actions
- Implement hybrid retrieval with graph vector and keyword search
- Implement smart routing and rate limits
- Maintain model agent registry and audit trails
- Monitor model and data drift
- Own agent runtime tool registry and function calling
- Perform retraining and model tuning
- Provide real time context with access controls and lineage
- Run offline and online evaluations for quality bias safety
- Standardize experiment tracking and packaging
