Senior Software Engineer (Storage Virtualization Team)
Tasks
- Analyze and optimize system performance
- Build high performance block and filesystem storage
- Collaborate to deliver infrastructure at scale
- Conduct code reviews and testing
- Debug complex issues across software storage virtualization networking and operating system layers
- Design distributed fault tolerant storage systems
- Develop virtualization components for virtio blk virtio fs qemu and vhost user
- Enable self healing and data migration
- Implement storage replication and consensus
- Optimize performance critical I O paths
- Participate in architecture decisions and technical design discussions
- Write production quality performance focused code
