Senior Staff Data Scientist
Tasks
- Build and maintain tools and dashboards for analytics
- Create golden datasets and validation protocols
- Define and evolve KPIs and success metrics
- Design and review experiments including A B tests
- Design offline and online evaluation frameworks
- Ensure statistical correctness with confidence intervals
- Improve reproducibility and reliability of analytics pipelines
- Lead junior data scientists on experiment design and analytics storytelling
- Perform error analysis and bias analysis
- Perform post deployment monitoring and regression detection
- Run large scale analytical studies
- Translate analysis into actionable insights
