Senior Technical Support Engineer - Solar & Storage Power Conversion Systems
Tasks
- Conduct technical reviews and site visits
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder alignment
- Coordinate service team issue resolution
- Document field findings and lessons learned
- Lead technical discussions for issue resolution
- Maintain records of open issues and performance trends
- Manage and track fault reports to closure
- Monitor system performance trends
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting
- Provide post commissioning technical escalation
- Provide technical documentation and specifications
- Serve as senior technical point of contact for customers
- Support site engineers remotely and on site
