Senior Vision Development Engineer
Tasks
- Collaborate with automation and manufacturing teams
- Create functional specifications test plans and validation reports
- Debug and troubleshoot production line vision issues
- Design machine vision solutions
- Develop image processing algorithms
- Fine tune vision parameters to minimize false positives negatives
- Implement OCR defect detection and pattern matching
- Integrate cameras lighting and lenses
- Interface vision systems with PLCs robots motion controllers and MES
- Maintain version control backups and documentation
- Optimize vision performance for accuracy speed reliability
- Program vision systems in C C plus plus C sharp or Python
- Test and commission vision systems on site
- Train technicians and engineers
