Tasks
- Assist with go live deployment execution
- Assist with release risk identification and issue resolution
- Create and update IT service tickets in vendor portals
- Develop deployment and implementation plans
- Document business processes
- Identify changes to prevent recurring incidents
- Identify test scenarios and ensure test coverage
- Maintain vendor documentation library for incidents
- Participate in release readiness and go no go reviews
- Perform quality control on RUBIX inputs and outputs
- Produce customer invoices using RUBIX Billing System
- Query billing databases for ad hoc needs
- Review and action system event logs
- Support QA and functional testing
- Support application development and production billing improvements
- Support incident response for RUBIX components
