Service Reliability Operations Manager
Tasks
- Build observability stack metrics logs traces profiling
- Define deployment standards and strategies
- Design alerting strategies and manage on call escalation
- Drive release pipeline operations
- Ensure security posture with policy as code and secrets management
- Establish SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets
- Implement chaos engineering practices
- Implement infrastructure as code and self healing systems
- Lead incident response and post-incident reviews
- Maintain operational documentation and workflows
- Mentor and coach engineers
- Operate workloads on Kubernetes across multi cloud
- Optimize cloud cost and support budgeting forecasting
- Own reliability availability performance of production systems
