Tasks
- Act as authorised person for required disciplines
- Attend team meetings
- Complete Corrigo work orders
- Complete shift handover reports
- Conduct toolbox talks
- Ensure SLA compliance
- Escalate ONWH alarm notifications
- Evaluate and escalate risks
- Inspect MEP assets
- Issue PTW and ensure method statement compliance
- Lead Planned, Corrective, Reactive Maintenance
- Liaise with vendors during service visits
- Manage plant rooms and asset standards
- Operate and maintain MEP systems
- Order M and E components
- Perform health and safety hazard reporting
- Produce site specific SOP MOP EOP
- Report work orders and record critical spares
