- Collaborate with data scientists product managers and engineering leaders
- Define engineering standards tooling and best practices
- Deliver high impact data products for fraud detection and identity intelligence
- Drive system performance reliability and operational maturity improvements
- Lead and mentor data platform and ML Ops engineers
- Oversee ML Ops lifecycle experimentation training deployment monitoring
- Own data platform architecture reliability scalability
- Review architecture decisions and engineering proposals
