Tasks
- Define team charter vision and roadmaps
- Deliver standardized scalable self service performance analysis capabilities
- Drive architectural decisions for performance qualification tools
- Establish mechanisms to scale operations and maintain end to end ownership
- Identify performance bottlenecks
- Lead engineering team for data analysis and performance optimization
- Mentor engineers on complex data analysis challenges
- Partner with cross functional teams on latency data analysis requirements
- Review performance metrics and team progress
