Software Engineering & Development, VP
Tasks
- Build reusable AI components and patterns for prompt orchestration retrieval model gateways and observability
- Collaborate with product data security legal and compliance teams on AI use cases and constraints
- Continuously improve AI development lifecycle data versioning evaluation deployment monitoring and incident response
- Coordinate architecture and delivery plans across multiple AI initiatives
- Identify and mitigate AI risks including data quality drift adversarial use hallucinations latency and cost
- Implement automation for CI CD ML evaluation red teaming monitoring and cost performance optimization
- Lead LLM NLP CV predictive ML feature development from prototype to production
- Lead and scale AI engineering teams delivering parallel initiatives
- Mentor AI engineers to improve engineering rigor model quality and responsible AI maturity
- Own end to end AI solution design and delivery
- Review and govern AI solution designs for correctness robustness security and responsible AI compliance
- Serve as technical advisor for AI strategy governance and vendor decisions
- Translate business problems into AI approaches and evaluation plans
