Solutions Engineer I (AI/ML)
Tasks
- Collaborate with product platform and customer teams
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues
- Contribute to bug fixes and small feature enhancements
- Coordinate with programming suppliers
- Define and improve deployment procedures documentation and runbooks
- Demonstrate platform capabilities
- Deploy on site to troubleshoot issues
- Develop and maintain scripts and utilities
- Escalate issues to central engineering teams
- Execute and enhance test cases for new releases
- Interface between field operations and engineering
- Lead deployment and configuration of analytics suite
- Perform code reviews and debugging
- Provide first-line customer support
- Provide structured feedback to engineering teams
- Reproduce field issues in development and test environments
- Support integrations across APIs data pipelines messaging systems
- Support server installs and namespace provisioning
- Validate deployments in customer environments
