Sr Associate Software Engineer - Gen AI
Tasks
- Add tracing and monitoring for retrieval quality and response reliability
- Apply secure identity and access patterns with OAuth and role based access control
- Build RAG pipelines for trusted enterprise data
- Build and maintain CI CD pipelines and cloud deployment configurations
- Build reusable Python services libraries and evaluation utilities
- Collaborate with product owners architects data engineers and cybersecurity stakeholders
- Create technical designs test evidence runbooks and deployment instructions
- Design develop test and deploy LLM powered assistants and agents
- Develop integration layers and event driven workflows using APIs
- Implement automated unit integration and end to end testing
- Implement prompt and context strategies structured outputs and embeddings
- Implement prompt injection and data leakage safeguards
- Integrate AI tools and workflow orchestration with human in the loop controls
- Participate in agile planning backlog refinement and technical design reviews
- Review code and apply software engineering standards with secure quality controls
- Support technical enablement sessions and knowledge sharing
- Troubleshoot defects across application model retrieval and infrastructure
