Tasks
- Architect real-time and batch data pipelines
- Define architectural standards for scalability fault tolerance and performance
- Define enterprise architecture principles standards and best practices
- Design for high availability multi region resilience and disaster recovery
- Design large scale distributed systems
- Design streaming processing and storage layers
- Design synchronous and asynchronous event driven architectures
- Enable time series event driven and analytical workloads
- Establish SLA SLOs and error budgets
- Evaluate and guide adoption of data technologies
- Implement observability monitoring logging and tracing
- Ingest and process high velocity data streams
- Lead architecture and evolution of backend platforms
- Lead design reviews and ensure adherence to architecture standards
- Partner with engineering product security and data teams
- Provide technical leadership mentorship and architectural oversight
