Sr. Data Engineer
Tasks
- Apply Snowflake capabilities Time Travel zero copy cloning secure data sharing environment isolation
- Build maintain ELT pipelines using Snowflake stages file formats COPY INTO Snowpipe Streams Tasks Dynamic Tables
- Design develop maintain Snowflake databases schemas warehouses data sharing solutions
- Develop troubleshoot advanced Snowflake SQL Snowflake Scripting stored procedures user defined functions
- Document data models lineage operational procedures security decisions performance cost tuning recommendations
- Implement cost efficient warehouse and workload management strategies
- Implement maintain Snowflake security and governance controls RBAC least privilege masking policies row access policies auditing
- Monitor reconcile perform quality checks operational dashboards
- Optimize Snowflake workloads using query profile query history pruning clustering concurrency caching
- Support development release practices across environments using Git based version control CI CD automated testing
- Translate business and finance requirements into Snowflake data models and implementation plans
