- Document data and ML pipelines and procedures
- Enforce data privacy and access controls
- Implement infrastructure-as-code
- Implement machine learning pipelines
- Manage ML feature stores and feature pipelines
- Operate data lake lakehouse and warehouse
- Optimize pipeline performance scalability and reliability
- Perform peer code reviews
- Provide ML model monitoring and observability
