Sr Database Engineer - Oracle
Tasks
- Conduct database security checks and audits
- Create and configure databases
- Define and automate standard operating procedures
- Define and manage service level agreements
- Implement change control and configuration management
- Install and configure database software
- Lead triage and workload analysis
- Maintain database documentation
- Maintain database maintenance and automation
- Maintain specialized environments like replication and clustering
- Manage database migrations and decommissioning
- Manage database server license compliance
- Manage database users and access control
- Monitor database health and performance
- Optimize operating system storage and database configuration
- Patch and upgrade databases
- Perform capacity planning and system architecture

- Provide on-call support
