- Gather and synthesize customer feedback analytics usability findings and market intelligence
- Lead AI powered experience development for customer productivity and engagement
- Lead mentor and develop product managers and cross functional contributors
- Manage cross functional programs timelines dependencies risks and resources
- Own product vision roadmap and execution for AI customer experiences
- Serve as primary PRD owner for NCE App HP Perform and Visor
- Translate insights into actionable product enhancements
