Sr Manager, Sales Analytics & Operations
Tasks
- Advise on data management for sales analytics and reporting
- Analyze and resolve data vendor questions
- Blend data and conduct analysis using SQL and analytics tools
- Build segmentation strategy using secondary data
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders on pre launch activities
- Collect reporting enhancement requirements and write business requirements document
- Conduct sales force targeting cycles analysis
- Coordinate implementation timeline with IT sales and marketing
- Coordinate with IT and external data vendors for reporting requirements
- Create analysis to measure tactic effectiveness
- Design sales force sizing and annual health check
- Develop HCP account targeting strategy
- Develop analysis for targeting business opportunities
- Develop test use cases and documentation
- Document business rules across therapeutic areas
- Lead user acceptance testing
- Manage relationships with third party consultants
- Optimize alignment and workload across sales forces
- Plan targeting calendar and coordinate vendor implementation
- Prepare quarterly targeting analysis for business reviews
- Provide analytics insights for sales territory and national level
- Recommend key tactics including sampling and virtual engagement
- Recommend sales force strategy
- Support therapeutic area alignment changes with maps and recommendations
