Sr Principal Engineer Embedded Software
Tasks
- Coordinate with electrical design quality assurance and manufacturing technicians
- Design and maintain test stations and fixtures for functional and environmental testing
- Develop and maintain environmental screening procedures
- Develop and maintain manufacturing acceptance testing procedures
- Investigate design and integrate solutions for new or modified testing requirements
- Lead test software development from requirements capture to final validation
- Perform testability reviews with design engineering
- Review quality metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Support production by updating software governing test equipment operations
- Troubleshoot software discrepancies in test software packages
