- Architect scalable fault tolerant data platforms
- Design build and operate batch and real time data pipelines
- Develop and optimize SQL and distributed computations
- Ensure reliability observability and maintainability
- Influence roadmap through technical insights

- Make decisions on data modeling storage formats and compute frameworks
- Mentor engineers and raise engineering bar
