Sr. Staff Engineer, Fulfillment Center (FC) Systems
Tasks
- Analyze platform components and code
- Benchmark platform and publish results
- Collaborate with teams to make platform open and extensible
- Design and build workflow platform infrastructure
- Develop and operate backend services and web applications
- Estimate capacity and provision clusters
- Improve operational excellence
- Investigate critical system issues and address root causes
- Measure and ensure platform reliability and uptime
- Monitor and alert production incidents
