Data Engineer, Sr.
Tasks
- Apply cloud based data and database technologies best practices and data protection
- Assess data engineering feasibility for target solutions
- Define data migration strategies and test data sets
- Design and implement integrations with external systems and data warehouses
- Design data synchronization capability between systems
- Develop data migration approaches from legacy RDBMS
- Ensure compliance with data and database standards
- Identify evaluate and mitigate data engineering risks
- Implement and test data and database changes
- Integrate consolidate and structure data for analytical and operational use
- Lead data engineering activities across software development life cycle
- Perform trade-off analyses
- Reconcile and resolve data issues throughout development life cycle
- Reconcile data models and de duplicate data stores
