Staff AI/ML Engineer
Tasks
- Architect ML pipelines training infrastructure and model evaluation frameworks
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders
- Design and implement novel ML AI approaches
- Develop scalable ML systems for production
- Document work and communicate findings to technical and non technical stakeholders
- Enforce data governance privacy and security
- Guide model selection feature engineering and optimization strategies
- Lead ML research experimentation and development from concept to deployment
- Mentor junior ML engineers and establish ML best practices
- Translate research papers into working implementations
