Staff Data Engineer
Tasks
- Build and maintain data ingest and transformation systems
- Build quality measurement pipeline for HEDIS and Stars metrics
- Build self serve analytics for stakeholder reporting
- Constrain metrics for machine readable use by AI agents
- Define and maintain semantic layer and metrics layer
- Enable governed data access paths for agent queries
- Feed grounded trustworthy context to applied AI product
- Improve member identity and eligibility data
- Own reverse ETL layer for operational data
- Partner with BI and clinical stakeholders on metric definitions
