Staff Enterprise AI Engineer - Agentic Workflows & Productivity
Tasks
- Build and operate model infrastructure and cost controls
- Build cross platform agent interoperability and schema mapping
- Design agent factory patterns templates and in IDE guardrails
- Develop RAG pipelines integrations and connectors
- Enable user adoption of AI capabilities
- Establish governance and security standards for agent development
- Implement agent evaluation quality and monitoring from sandbox to production
- Lead agent workflows across PDLC ideation development and deployment
- Mentor engineers and lead code reviews and design reviews
- Own enterprise AI platform architecture and rollout
- Stand up and harden identity and security guardrails
- Steer external delivery partners and review deliverables
