Staff Infrastructure Engineer – Storage Platform
Tasks
- Automate storage deployment and configuration
- Conduct storage performance analysis and tuning
- Define and implement Kubernetes CSI patterns
- Define storage standards and reference architectures
- Design resilience using failure domain awareness
- Design storage architectures for Kubernetes workloads
- Evaluate storage technologies
- Integrate storage into observability stacks
- Lead capacity planning and performance tuning
- Lead root cause analysis for storage incidents
- Manage storage cluster upgrades and migrations
- Mentor engineers on storage reliability and performance
- Operate production storage platforms
- Perform bottleneck identification across storage and network
- Perform cluster lifecycle operations
- Serve as technical authority for storage
- Troubleshoot Kubernetes stateful storage issues
