Staff Product Manager - AI (Data & Analytics)
Tasks
- A B test outreach sequences to improve collection rates
- Align stakeholders across product engineering sales and customer success
- Build customer facing dashboards and reporting
- Conduct customer discovery and voice of customer interviews
- Define data storage and serving strategy
- Design agentic AI actions with human in the loop controls
- Develop predictive models for financial intelligence
- Flag and resolve data anomalies
- Ideate and launch new data analytics and AI products
- Integrate PMS data through pipelines and APIs
- Own AI intelligence roadmap
- Partner with engineering on data models and schema design
- Transform and curate data for analytics
- Turn insights into prioritized worklists and outreach sequences
