Tasks
- Apply statistical integrity sample sizing and sequential testing
- Build feature flag evaluation and assignment services
- Build feature flag targeted rollout and kill switch infrastructure
- Collaborate with product, data science, and infrastructure teams
- Conduct design reviews and drive architectural decisions
- Define experiment metrics instrumentation and analysis
- Design A B and multivariate testing systems
- Develop experimentation SDKs and APIs
- Drive build vs buy platform decisions
- Enable self service experimentation workflows
- Evaluate and integrate third party experimentation platforms
- Implement feature flag governance and lifecycle management
- Implement progressive rollout infrastructure
- Integrate feature management with CI CD pipelines and observability
- Lead technical direction and engineering standards
- Mentor engineers and raise engineering quality
- Own experimentation platform architecture
